I am an interdisciplinary researcher and consultant that crosses the boundaries of science and social science to understand and implement solutions to climate change.
I am a graduate of UBCO with a MSc in Sustainability, and UVic with a BSc in chemistry and anthropology. I have recently obtained a Micro-credential from Royal Roads University in Climate Adaptations.
Current research focus is sustainability, creating climate resilience, implementation, and food systems.
In the past, I have worked on the sustainability and resiliency of local wine regions and understanding how decisionmakers choose adaptative strategies.
Currently, I am focusing on writing, volunteering as a Board Member of FTFO, and concentrating on policy and research. I am working with the BC Wine Industry Task Force on their Cataloguing and Prioritizing Climate Resilience Research Project.
See Research for research publications and community report. Most recent publication is “Data as Living Entities—Reflections on Values-Driven Approaches to Relational Data in Partnered Research”.
